We work closely with dentists, physicians, sleep specialists, neurologists, ENTs, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to evaluate and manage complex orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine conditions.

Why Refer to Us

We are the only group practice in Wisconsin with providers who are residency-trained and/or board certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain and/or the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Our multidisciplinary team provides expert evaluation and conservative, evidence-based management of the full spectrum of orofacial pain and sleep-disordered breathing conditions in a setting equipped with in-house physical therapy and advanced diagnostic imaging.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Providers board certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain and American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine
  • In-house physical therapy at three of our four locations
  • Medical insurance billing with most major carriers in Wisconsin
  • Four convenient locations across southeastern Wisconsin and the Fox Valley

Our Care Model

We practice within a biopsychosocial model of care, recognizing that chronic orofacial pain and sleep conditions are influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors.

Our treatment is conservative, reversible, and evidence-based. We do not perform surgery and do not advocate for irreversible interventions as a first line of care in most cases.

Need to Discuss a Patient?
